By downloading, installing, or using Danceify ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Danceify allows you to generate AI-powered dance videos from your photos. The App is fueled by coins, which you can earn weekly through a subscription or purchase one-time as a non-expiring coin pack.

Subscriptions & Purchases

Weekly subscriptions (auto-renewing, current). Each tier auto-refills coins every week. Higher tiers grant more coins per week.

Starter — $4.99 / week. 1,200 coins per week.
Creation — $9.99 / week. 3,000 coins per week. Introductory offer: $2.99 for the first week, then $9.99 / week thereafter. One intro per Apple ID across the Danceify Premium subscription group.
Advanced — $14.99 / week. 5,400 coins per week.
Elite — $19.99 / week. 7,800 coins per week.
Prestige — $69.99 / week. 31,200 coins per week.

One-time coin packs (consumable, never expire).

Starter Pack — $2.99. 3,000 coins. Available once per Apple ID for first-time buyers.
Refill packs: $2.99, $7.99, $17.99, $39.99, and $99.99 — coin amounts scale with price.

Legacy plans (existing subscribers only — not available to new sign-ups). These plans continue to auto-renew at their original pricing for users who subscribed before the v4 release. They are not offered to new users.

Danceify Plus ($6.99/week). Legacy weekly subscription.
Danceify Pro Weekly ($13.99/week). Legacy weekly subscription with priority rendering and commercial usage rights.
Danceify Lite ($2.99/month). Legacy monthly subscription.
Danceify Pro Monthly ($7.99/month). Legacy monthly subscription.
Danceify Pro Yearly ($59.99/year). Legacy annual subscription.
Danceify Creator ($14.99/month). Legacy monthly subscription with priority rendering and commercial usage rights.

Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Account Settings on the App Store.

User Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By using the App, you grant Danceify a temporary, limited license to process your photos solely for the purpose of generating dance videos. Photos are deleted from our servers immediately after processing.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
Use the App to create content depicting real people without their consent.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the App.
Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

The App, its design, features, and content (excluding your uploaded photos and generated videos) are owned by Danceify and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. AI-generated videos may vary in quality and accuracy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danceify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
